I love this time of year for so many reasons. One of them is for Pomegranates. I love their tart juiciness. I’ve been trying to figure out what I can do with them besides just eating them straight. I put them in a salad today with some left over Salmon from last nights dinner. I topped it with some feta and would have loved to add some red onion if mine had not gone bad. I used some natural honey mustard dressing to add some flavor. It was delicious! The Pomegranate was what made the salad though. Does anyone else have some recipes they use pomegranate in? And if I were to add it to some facial cleanser that I’m making, how would I go about that? Any suggestions?
